Shipping and Delivery


Hong Kong / Macao Order 

Free shipping for all products delivered to Hong Kong and Macao. 


Delivery Service Provider： All Hong Kong and Macao orders will be handled by SF Express. 


Shipping Arrangement:  All the products available in stock will be shipped in 2-3 working days after the payment is confirmed.   

*Except for some jewellery such as ring resizing


Estimated Delivery: Expected delivery time for Hong Kong / Macao orders will be around 2-3 working days based on local SF Express service under normal situations. 

*Estimated delivery time excludes time spent on customs clearance if required. 


International Order 

Shipping costs will be included when checking out. Some countries may have an extra shipping cost, our shipping department will contact you for the extra payment if required. 

Aloha Jewellery will not be responsible for any tax, customs fee or any other extra costs that may occur in shipping. The customer is responsible for all these excessive payments.


FREE shipping will be offered to international orders above HKD 5000. 


Delivery Service Provider： All international orders will be handled by EMS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and SF Express, subject to the recipient's address.

Pre-Order Product

All the pre-order jewellery takes time for handcraft production, normally it takes approximately 20-25 working days to complete for shipping.
