   All products sold by our company (including loose stones, ready-made jewellery, and custom-made jewellery ) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order is confirmed. Customers are advised to carefully review product details and ensure satisfaction before purchasing.


2. Characteristics of Natural Gemstones 

  Natural gemstones may contain impurities, flaws, or inclusions, which are inherent characteristics of natural stones and do not constitute quality issues. We strive to provide detailed product descriptions and images before sale, but please understand the unique nature of natural gemstones.
