1. What do we use for all the fine Jewellery?

All products from Aloha Jewellery are using 18K gold (AU750), natural diamond and gemstone.

No synthetic stone and silver products.


2. How to measure the ring size?

Please check ring size measurement. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your size.


3. Any after-sale service?

Aloha Jewellery provides warranty and maintenance services. For more details please check here.

If the purchased good doesn't fit your size, we offer resizing service.

* Kindly note resizing only, no exchange/refund/return. Customers are required to contact us in order to arrange the resizing service. You may visit our showroom or mail the item back to us.


4. Can I return/exchange the goods?

No return/exchange on all products, including customized jewellery.

Aloha Jewellery provides a wide range of gemstone selections. From precious gemstones (Diamond, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald) to Semi-precious stones (Tourmaline, Tanzanite, Aquamarine, Morganite, Spinel etc.)

  • Upload / share your preferred ideas and design
  • Our team will contact you for further details, including a quotation
  • Prepaid upon confirmation of the design
  • Tailor-made process approximately 15 -20 working days

2. Can I change the design?


Our team will confirm the design with the customer before production. Customers who desire to change the design after the confirmation will need to contact us immediately.


The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the changes.
